• Vikrant Massey as Vinay “Bablu” Pandit: Ramakant and Vasudha’s younger son, who was excellent in studies and wanted to be an IAS Officer by clearing UPSC exam, but later worked as an employee in Kaleen Bhaiya’s illegal business of guns. He was later shot by Munna on Akhandanand’s order. (Season 1)
• Shriya Pilgaonkar as Swaragini “Sweety” Gupta Pandit: Parshuram’s elder daughter, Golu’s sister and Guddu’s wife, Munna’s love interest. She was strong and independent. (Season 1)
• Kulbhushan Kharbanda as Satyanand Alaknand Tripathi a.k.a. “Bauji”: Former King of Mirzapur; Akhandanand’s father and Munna’s grandfather who is the patriarch of the Tripathi family. He is ruthless and male-dominative. (seasons 1-2)

In 2013, Brahma Mishra made his Bollywood debut with the film Chor-Chor Super Chor in which he played the role of Vava. In the same year, he appeared in the Bollywood film Baromas in which he played the role of Khandu. In 2015, he appeared in the Bollywood film Manjhi: The Mountain Man, in which he played the role of Bhura. Thereafter, Brahma Mishra appeared in many Bollywood films, like- ​Dangal (2016), Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017), and Super 30 (2019).  In 2019, Brahma Mishra played the role of ‘Khudadad,’ in the Bollywood film ‘Kesari.’

His last film was ‘Haseen Dilruba’ opposite Taapsee Pannu in 2021 in which he had a small role.

In 2018, Brahma Mishra came into the spotlight when he played the role of “Lalit” in the Amazon Prime web series Mirzapur.

Death

Mishra was found on the bathroom floor of his house where he lived alone, they said. The police suspect that the actor died due to a cardiac arrest and have sent the body for an autopsy. The apartment was locked from the inside, the police said, adding, a case of Accidental Death is being filed.
